Please use my free download as a guide for diluting my essential oils safely at home.

This is taken from my studies using the Penny Price ratio chart as a reference.

Things to note, are -

• This guide is for adults aged 18 and over. There are different ratios for young children, teenagers, the elderly and certain conditions. Always check with a professional first.
  
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your GP, midwife or health visitor before using essential oils.
• Do not exceed the recommended number of drops if mixing scents, divide the total between the differing scents rather than using the full quantity of each.
  
• It is always preferable to start with a lower ratio of essential oil drops and increase if required.
  
• For topical applications at home mixed by you, it's not recommended to exceed 1% dilution.
  
• Never use undiluted oils on your skin.
