My Aromatherapy Full Body Massage is my favourite treatment, and is completely tailored to you!

After your clinical consultation where I look at your neck, shoulders, spine and posture, I will make a bespoke blend of essential oils to use during the full body massage.

This is the ultimate treatment for allowing everyday stresses and strains to be melted away, starting by cleansing the feet followed by a light dry body brush, this allows the essential oils to absorb into the skin.

Using lymphatic draining techniques helps to remove toxins, reduce stress, lower blood pressure and release tension from tight muscles.

After the soothing facial a luxurious bio-retinol gold mask will be applied. This mask is made with Bio-retinol, a natural extract from the plant Bidens Pilosa. The mask delivers the same rejuvenation and cellular renewal benefits as Retinol, but without any irritation.

I use a wonderful company called Evolve Beauty, as they use the best ingredients that nature has to offer. Their products are COSMOS-certified organic and completely natural.

Whilst your mask is applied, your scalp and shoulders are massaged relieving any trapped tension. Leaving your skin feeling soft and nourished, and your body feeling relaxed and refreshed.
